Shipping & Tracking

We ship locally (Ghana) and internaitonally via DHL, a reliable courier service. Other forms of shipping services such as FedEx, dispatch riders and others, are also available for local orders. 

Yes, we ship worldwide to all counties DHL ships to.

No, we only ship to physical addresses. Kindly ensure that the address you enter is for a valid physical location.

Because shipping charges are based on weight and destination, your shipping cost will show at checkout, once you select the country of destination.

Delivery times vary per vendor. Each item will have a “Ships within” note attached, with the number of days it takes for your order to be processed and mailed. Orders placed after 12pm (noon) may be processed the next business day. DHL typically takes 3 – 5 business days to deliver internationally. Thus your total wait time will be the “Ships within” time plus the DHL delivery time. Locally (Ghana), delivery times range from 1 – 3 business days.

For now one-day/overnight shipping is available in Ghana only.

Yes. You may track your order from anywhere in the world. There are two ways to do so. To track your order, kindly use the “Order Tracking” link under the Customer Service section at the bottom of the page, to access the tracking form. Input your order ID given to you in your order confirmation, and enter. Your shipping status will be made available to you. You may also track your order at

Payment & Orders

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments for local and international orders and Mobile Money for local (Ghana) orders.

Yes it is. Through our secure checkout system, your payment information is safe. None of your payment details are stored on our server.

Orders can be placed two ways. You can use the search bar at the top of the page to look for an item, and then add it to your cart. You can also browse our site and add your selction to your cart. When satisfied with items in your cart, you may proceed to checkout and pay for your items. You can view items in your cart at any time during your shopping spree. It can be located at the top right corner of your screen.

No, you do not. You may checkout as a guest. We do however encourage you to create an account, to enable you to save items to your cart for a later purchase date, and enjoy updates and alerts on offers, sales and promotions.

Once you have not received your order confirmation email, you may call us on +233 277 00 77 00 to adjust your order.


Designers provide their unique style guides online, with body measurements. Kindly use this information to choose your appropriate size.

You may return your item for a larger or smaller size, depending on what your need is. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. 

Items are save in carts only for customers who have registered an account with us. If you don’t have an account or haven’t logged in, these items will be saved for a maximum of 24 hours.


If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return the order within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs are however non-refundable. Returned items must be in their original condition to be eligible for replacement. Be sure to include your purchase confirmation slip (receipt) in the packaging. Exceptions apply to sale and clearance items.

In some cases, some vendors will accept returned items for replacement with the 14-day return window. This will be indicated on the product page.

You may return your item for an exchange. Refunds are currently not offered for returned items.
